The Amplifier Research 250W1000C CW Solid State Amplifier delivers 250 W of RF power for signal amplification with a 80 MHz to 1000 MHz frequency response range. Amplifier Research 250W1000C models are engineered for applications calling for instantaneous bandwidth, high linearity and high gain, providing broadband amplification in a self-contained and air-cooled frame. Paired with a sweep generator, the Amplifier Research 250W1000C generates a continuous 250 W of power which can be adjusted via the front panel gain control interface, allowing technicians to decide the output level of the device. The input for rated output reads at 1.0 mW max, and the device is protected from RF input overdrive by an RF input leveling circuit. This limits RF input levels to the RF amplifier first stage in the event the RF input level is increased above 0 dBm.
