The AE Techron HVR 1000 is a high-voltage ripple test system made for electric vehicle DC power testing. It delivers up to 1000V DC, 60kW output, and supports ripple signals from 10Hz to 200 kHz with up to 50 Vp and 200 Ap. The system supports 2-quadrant DC and 4-quadrant AC operation with adjustable current, voltage, and power limits. It is compatible with standards including MBN LV123, ISO 21498-2, VW 80300, VW 80303, and MAN CVS 43:2021-01.
