The Ophir GRF5056 Linear Power RF Amplifier 0.8 GHz - 4.2 GHz was designed for wideband linear applications.  This amplifier utilizes linear power devices that provide high gain, wide dynamic range, and excellent linearity. High efficiency operation is achieved by employing a unique microstrip RF networks design and advanced GaAs FET devices. Designed for high reliability with such features as built in high quality power supply, EMI/RFI filters, custom-machined housing and many heavy-duty components.
